MY FIRST HTML ASSIGNMENT

I must confess that building a website is really not a easy job. It is quite simple to just type some a tag to create some links, while making it look nice is time-consuming and require lots of skills, technically and aesthetically.
I spent long time in figuring out the layout of the webpage and the overlap of box models. Thanks to w3school ,rescuing me from troubles. As a beginner, it’s tough to get used to the codes, the unique language of learning it!
In terms of my website, I’m inspired by the style of some magazines and the some blog websites, so I try to design it in a simple way with some columns.
I put piles of images and much text on the page just to make the page longer and to make the fixed effect of the navigation bar more obvious. My favorite part of my website is the hidden menu, it will appear when hovering, kind of making the page more neat and concise.
One last thing, the GitHub is really annoying, I didn’t realize that I should name it index/readme or something to let GitHub recognize my source file, I’ve tried many ways to solve it and ask classmates for help, at last changed the file name to adapt to it.
