Find a photographer to take photo in Chaozhou!

Based on my user survey, I defined the question as: How can we make young people who want to take photos in Chaozhou address the problem of finding the suitable photographer efficiently to achieve the goal of save time and have better experience in taking photo in Chaozhou.

The pain points of users are the fragmented information, the need to switch between multiple apps, and the fear of being cheated and having no way to defend their rights. Based on this problem, my website will provide users with a one-stop service for taking photos. Users can contact photographers, choose locations and clothing, and leave a record of the appointment process on this website, so that it is convenient to maintain rights later. For photographers, attracting more clients is an important reason for them to pay, in addition, the convenience of displaying their work, reducing communication costs, and the convenience of location clothing selection are also important features they are concerned about. Therefore, in the photographer’s homepage, my website will provide a work gallery, appointment notes, schedule and other features to facilitate users to know the photographer in advance.

The business model of the website is that users need to join the membership before they can make an appointment, and each appointment requires a 15% draw, and photographers are accommodated on the website in the form of an annual fee to attract more customers. In the usability test, five people scored an average of 4.5 points, all recognized the usefulness of the site, the site on the appointment to shoot a lot more convenient, and willing to pay for it.
