The UX Research Methods Every Designer Needs To Know
UX research can be conducted throughout the entire product development process. It needs not be limited to the initial phase of a project for the purpose of defining the user requirement. Very often UX research methods are used during the design phase to validate product features and gather users’ responses. Both qualitative and quantitative methods can be used with the qualitative approach focusing on asking about the “why” questions and the quantitative approach focusing on the “what”.
