A platform for fans of ACGN influencers to find meeting event in Beijing
Based on the user research conducted in the first stage of the investigation, the problem statement is defined as follows:
“How might we make a loyal ACGN influencer fan who wants to attend an ACGN influencer meet-and-greet event in Beijing (who) address the problem of collecting information especially including the sale time of VIP ticket and unexpected changes due to COVID-19, generally considered as incomplete and ingenuine, on different platforms (what) so that she/he can successfully buy a VIP ticket and meet the favourite ACGN influencer (why)?”
Currently, there is no platform dedicated to providing fans with information on activities related to ACGN Influencers. If fans want to attend an exclusive meeting event for ACGN Influencers, they need to look for the details on the Exhibition ticket-buying site or search the favorite ACGN Influencers’ blog. These two ways of collecting information require a lot of time, and the information obtained is often fragmented. It is easy to miss the key information. What’s worse, persona mentioned in the interview that she often gets angry when she misses the time to buy a VIP ticket. Persona wishes there was a platform to inform her when it was time to buy tickets. Therefore, this website will focus on providing users with timely VIP ticket buying reminder service and event change reminder service (paid subscription based).
