A platform to determine your service company
Based on the last user survey, I have framed the questions as follows: How do we enable a new express consolidation and forwarding service user to solve the problem of collecting information on different platforms so that s/he can save time and efficiently find the best service provider for her/him?
Currently, Hong Kong has a large market for consolidation, and a significant portion of people living in Hong Kong love to shop on the Internet, thus relying on different consolidation companies. The different characteristics of each company and the different fees and even services make new users of this service feel overwhelmed and confused when trying to pick one to use. Currently, their solution is to rely on a combination of checking social media on their own and checking the company’s webpage.
Therefore, the solution focuses on developing a platform that combines information from all the shipping companies in the market and a user forum, allowing users to collect information, collect information, and post information in a one-stop solution. The platform is monetized through a subscription system, which was considered feasible based on the results of the first phase of user research, where 5 out of 5 people were willing to pay a reasonable price for this information consolidation and redistribution platform.
