Card-decoration Lovers, Say Hello to the Website!

My website is about card-decoration. In this journal, I will explain how I designed my business model and set the functions related.
The core of the business is customization and arranged packs.
Entry level users are eager to create good-looking cards. But they soon become confused about the big bulk of choices and uncountable possibilities of layout. Getting information from scattered platforms is difficult for them. The problem here is that their experience is not enough for them to evaluate and figure out the layout on their own. Information without filtering make them feel overload. So, they are willing to pay for the customized service and ready-made packs. In this way, they do not need to think and evaluate the information by themselves and the risk of making the card messed up reduce a lot. This business model also works for experienced users. they are tired of too much advertisement and low-quality content filled in other platforms. Sometimes they are tired of figuring out the layout or they don’t have inspiration. Ready-made recommendations and packs will release their pressure on continuing creating wonderful works.
So, on this website, the customization service and the sticker packs are all paid products, only members can pay to order these. Also, only paid members can view the whole set of templates, common visitors can only view a part of them.
There are many other functions designed to attract them to stay in this website. They can browse the information classified by styles, which cannot be seen on other platforms. If they log in the membership, they can also join in a community focusing on card-decoration with well-separated sections focusing on different topics. They can get both the information and the service/product in my website. Meanwhile, experienced users can show their beautiful works on my website without the obstacles of algorithm. The information placed on my website is well-filtered and well-classified.
While conducting the usability test, I designed a task to check if the functions most related to the business model work well for my participants, and the answer is yes. Also, they expressed deep interest on the layout recommendation and stylized customization.
